With over three decades of experience in the wellness industry, Karla has dedicated her career to supporting women through every stage of life. A Licensed Massage Therapist for just shy of 30 years, Karla is also an Esthetician, Nutrition and Fitness Coach(CPT), Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt), and Certified Peptide Therapy Coach (CPTC), bringing a deeply integrative approach to whole-body wellness.
As the founder of The Well, Karla created a women-centered space rooted in safety, compassion, and evidence-informed care. Her work blends hands-on therapies with mindset support, metabolic and longevity education, and lifestyle coaching—helping women reconnect with their bodies, restore confidence, and feel at home within themselves again.
Karla’s philosophy centers on the belief that true wellness begins from within and radiates outward. Early in her career, she chose to specialize in women’s wellness, a decision that has shaped both her clinical work and her leadership. Today, The Well serves as a welcoming environment where women are encouraged to heal, grow, and redefine what wellness means for them—on their own terms.
